Details: 2-4: Low twisting kick. Followed by two middle punches in fast motion.
5-6: Rising block and a low block with the same forearm in a continuous motion.
9-10 & 29-30: Execute a scooping block with the palm and a middle punch, performed in a connecting motion.
13: Low side front snap kick
14, 15: Low stance while executing a high thrust with the flat finger tip.
16: Middle side piercing kick pulling both hands in the opposite direction.
22: Execute a middle turning kick and a flying side piercing kick in a fast motion.
25: High block with a double arc-hand look through it.
33: Move the foot about half a shoulder width while executing a middle turning kick.
37-38: Execute a low guarding block with a reverse knife-hand and a low guarding block with a knife-hand performed in a continuous motion.
39, 40: W-shape block with the outer forearm in a stamping motion.
